In collaboration with Muuble, a modular furniture brand, we developed an interactive 3D configurator to elevate the customer journey. Rather than relying on static imagery or traditional product filters, we translated Muuble’s design system into an immersive digital tool that empowers users to build, explore, and customize their own configurations. The result is a seamless experience that simplifies choice, sparks creativity, and aligns with Muuble’s core philosophy of adaptable living

Strategic Foundation

With a focus on flexibility and tailored design, Muuble needed an online experience that could communicate the full potential of its modular system. Traditional e-commerce visuals were no longer sufficient to convey how each configuration could adapt to different spaces and preferences. The challenge was to design a digital tool that accurately represented material textures, spatial logic, and functionality, all within a user-friendly interface. The goal was not only to display options but to help customers envision their choices in a realistic, engaging way.

User Experience Transformation

The configurator redefined how users engage with the Muuble product line. By placing creative control in the hands of the customer, it turned browsing into building and passive viewing into active exploration. Users can assemble their ideal setup in real time, switching between materials, layouts, and dimensions with complete clarity. This frictionless interaction is designed to inspire confidence while reducing the guesswork often associated with modular purchases.

Digital Craft & Execution

Behind the scenes, the configurator is the result of close collaboration between our 3D artists, developers, and UX designers. Using WebGL technology, we created a real-time environment where every module, material, and interaction is rendered with precision. The product visuals were built to reflect accurate scale, realistic lighting, and true-to-life finishes, ensuring users see exactly what they are configuring.
