To support our growth, we are looking for a talented 3D Generalist with leadership ambitions. You are technically skilled, creatively driven, and eager to develop into a leadership role. What You'll Be Doing

As our 3D Generalist, you'll play a key role in our creative operations, producing exceptional animations and visuals while growing into a leadership position.

You will collaborate with and guide teams in Amsterdam and Poland, manage projects, develop storyboards, and leverage innovative tools such as Blender, Maya, Unreal Engine, and AI-driven workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and deliver high-quality 3D animations and visual content.
• Manage and coordinate projects across international teams.
• Develop and present storyboards that clearly communicate creative concepts to clients.
• Mentor and inspire team members, supporting their professional growth.
• Explore and integrate AI and emerging technologies into our 3D production workflows.
• Maintain the highest quality standards across all deliverables.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams in Amsterdam and Poland.

Must-Haves

• Solid experience as a 3D Generalist.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major 3D software package:
• • Blender
  • Maya
  • 3ds Max
• Proven experience with Unreal Engine and real-time 3D production.
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D animations and still visuals.
• Experience leading or coordinating creative projects, preferably in international environments.
• Affinity with AI-powered creative tools and emerging technologies.
• Fluency in English.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

Nice to Have

• Experience developing configurators and real-time rendering solutions in Unreal Engine.
• Familiarity with Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) projects.
• Previous experience within a creative agency or fast-paced innovation environment.
• Industry recognition, awards, or notable achievements.
